Operation T.A.G.™ — Tangible Act of Gratitude — was founded by Brett Stacy and co-founded with his son, Scott Stacy, around a simple belief: America's military families deserve more than "Thank you for your service." They deserve meaningful action.
Brett Stacy, Founder and National Director of Operation T.A.G., is a military family advocate, author, speaker, and National Brand Ambassador for Hometown Hero Credit™. As a proud Army dad, Brett has dedicated this chapter of his life to helping veterans, service members, Gold Star surviving spouses, and military families discover benefits, resources, education, and assistance available to them.
Brett is also the co-author of Mission Homeownership, a comprehensive homeownership guide created specifically for military families to better understand VA home loans and navigate the journey to homeownership with greater confidence.
Scott Stacy, Co-Founder of Operation T.A.G., serves as National Success Coach for Hometown Hero Credit™ and helps lead the program's day-to-day operations, working with lending professionals to turn the mission into tangible assistance for military families across the country.
Together, Brett and Scott helped create Hometown Hero Credit™, the flagship homeownership program of Operation T.A.G. Through Operation T.A.G.'s programs and partnerships, more than $1.7 million in tangible financial assistance has been returned to military families.
Their mission remains simple: Turn gratitude into action.
